Man I never knew Biola Poetry Lounge attracted so many cats who spit. I went to this poetry lounge last night with one of the homies and he actually did a piece of art but man everyone was dope. Like seriously everyone was on another level. Shout out to Profit, Louis, Jose, Allen, and (my future wifey) N.I.Q. They all did their thing when it came to spittin and doing it for christ like man I was blown away, if they were to do secular they would still murder alot of people in the secular hip hop game real talk.

Band of Outsiders Spring 2010 Men's: Menswear Fashion Collections on men.style.com: "Scott Sternberg set the bar impossibly high with last season's ultrasmart Dogville-influenced presentation. This time around, he opted for something simpler, a literal interpretation of summer sun, beach, pool—the kind of California fantasy that might be nursed by a guy growing up in Ohio. But, this being Band of Outsiders, it wasn't quite so simple. Sternberg had been watching Jacques Cousteau docs, and he was keen on blending their rugged nautical types with his own aesthetic. That was never going to be easy, given that his signature tailoring is so schoolboy-small that there's not much room for butch. Okay, there were some peacoats, and the models were wearing Jacques' toque, but let's leave the Cousteau thing aside as a diversion and focus on the ways that Sternberg relaxed his look. I liked a shrunken tux with a powder-blue polo (and green suede Top-Siders), a khaki shirt jacket over white cuffed shorts, and a cream suit with a chambray shirt. And Sternberg took some inspiration from Ed Ruscha, California's poet in paint, for dip-dyed, airbrushed shirts. The designer's fantasy summer soundtrack was a composite of Led Zeppelin and Beach Boys beauty Dennis Wilson—more proof of the subtle extremes that define this label's intriguingly perverse personality.

Girls,Girls,Girls,Girls...Girls with fresh Heels

Faryl Robin Spring ‘10: Wow! | Highsnobette.com: "Always been a fan of Faryl. No, she doesn’t do the eye-popping, $$$$, arty shoes that we are often so enamored with here, but season after season she does deliver smart, wearable shoes, and she is among the very few who offers distinct fashion in the mid-heel range. All that being said, I am in LOVE with her Spring 2010 collection! I may not have seen everything this woman has ever made, but judging from the line sheets, this is my favorite collection thus far. She’s offering everything from flats to heels and the look of them strikes me as totally perfect for now–savvy, tough but still feminine, clean but still a little exotic, and with some of the best heel architecture I’ve seen in a while. Seriously, there’s like six pairs I want. Just cross your fingers and hope the stores who do the buying help put them into production!"

Emblematic of the collection’s New England influence, Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony x Bass puts a delicate spin on the iconic Weejun, the ranger boot, and the saddle shoe by incorporating contrasting leather panels, and even high top variations. The neo-timeless styles are the perfect pairing for Chloe’s menswear collection for men or women. The entire collection is now available here."

Nike Sportswear x Cassette Playa Varsity Jacket | Highsnobiety.com: "Next to the inline products that Nike will release in collaboration Cassette Playa, they also worked on a premium limited edition varsity jacket with the London brand. The jacket comes in a green colorway and features one white leather sleeve and one black leather sleeve. The white sleeve features a series of colorful patches and the black sleeve comes with tonal patches. Further details come on the front and the back of the jacket. Compared to the regular Cassette Playa collection the jacket is definitely more subtle. The orange accents come out very nice on the jacket. Look out for a more detailed view at the jacket next week."
